Botanical Towers® are guaranteed to meet or exceed you expectations, and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase price. In the event that you need to return your Botanical Tower®  shipping fees for any inbound product shall be negotiated at the time of contact. Additionally, we include shipping insurance with your order, simply due to the nature of the product and the dimensions of the packaging.                                                                    In the event that you do happen to receive a tower that was damaged in transit, your can simply contact us, and we will do everything within our power to get a replacement part sent out to you ASAP.

We ship your Botanical Tower® via UPS Ground, usually 5-10 business days after your order has been placed.                                              Package dimensions are 96" X 12" X 4", with a weight of roughly 75 lb. Each Botanical Tower® is made to order, so in the event of a delay due to time constraints or materials availability, we will promptly notify you.
